About this blog. As a Internet Website Host, I spend upwards of 12 hours a day on the Internet, researching topics, gathering ideas, and learning how to design effective websites. After 12 years (1997-2009) I finally feel compelled to voice my opinion(s) on a variety of issues that concern me and may be of interest to you. As for my credentials, they are limited to my personal experiences over the span of 62 years: I am a Viet-Nam era Veteran, I am educated (primarily in Marketing) but moreover I am an American citizen in observance of issues that face all Americans. Many of these issues disturb me, cause reflection on our way of life, and cause me to question the legitimacy of a two-party political system that seems more about obstructionism and in-party bickering than bipartisan cooperation with the good of the American people at stake. To American Automakers it seemed like manna from above. A government plan to pay consumers up to $5,000.00 for their aged, gas-guzzeling automobiles with the money to be applied toward the purchase of a brand-new fuel efficient automobile. FINALLY..HEALTHCARE The Obama Administration's persistence finally got the healthcare reform bill passed...... 3-23-2010

At last, the debate over the Healthcare Reform Bill has ended, albiet tenatively, as Republicans insist they will do whatever it takes to repeal the law. Already Republican Governers are filing lawsuits calling the law unconstitutional. HI-SPEED DERAIL? The Obama Administration's plan to fund a high speed rail system for Florida fraught with danger...... 1-29-2010

As part of the Obama Adminitration's Economic Stymulus Program, the President visited Tampa on January 28th and pledged 1.25 Billion Dollars to finance (partially) a high speed railway system connecting Tampa and Orlando along the I-4 corridor. Joe Lieberman, that party jumping rogue of Washington, nearly single-handidly derailed the Healthcare Reform Bill by stonewalling it (the Bill) at every turn.
